Inspired by the Goddess of the Underworld, innocence and Spring, Persephone. The myth goes, Persephone was so transfixed by the blooms of the narcissus flowers, she was able to be abducted by Hades and taken down to the Underworld. Further tricked by Hades, who offered Persephone pomegranate seeds which she consumed - Zeus ruled that as a result of consuming the food of the dead she must remain in the Underworld for six months of the year.
Just like our Persephone cauldron candles now in our large tealights - with the same sweet scent of freshly sliced pomegranates infused with Spring florals to celebrate the Goddess Persephone.
