MYSTIC UNICORN is our exclusive in house brand created by hand by Emi Unicorn. Unicorn Manor is an exclusive stockist of our Mystic Unicorn Candles, Bath and Soy Wax Melt range - 100% soy, cruelty free, vegan handmade candles infused with organic herbs, crystals and magic. We are continually adding more to our MYSTIC UNICORN range, please subscribe to our newsletter to find out the latest. Before our MYSTIC UNICORN candles make it to our store, they undergo vigorous research and testing behind each component and magical ingredients used. While each candle isn't created with a specific spell in mind, they all embody elements of light, love, relaxation and calming qualities. Each candle is handmade with love and light - we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed crafting them.
Please remember that all MYSTIC UNICORN candles are hand poured, not mass produced. While all effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be different. We use all natural 100% soy wax, with no additives, preservatives or GMOs as a result there may be discolouration or frosting. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect your candle in any way.
Are Mystic Unicorn Candles products sold at any other retailers?
No. Mystic Unicorn Candles are sold EXCLUSIVELY at Unicorn Manor.

Are Mystic Unicorn products vegan?
Yes, our Mystic Unicorn Candles, wax melts and bath range are 100% vegan and cruelty free. Our candles and wax melts are hand poured in Sydney Australia and are made from 100% natural soy wax, with no preservatives or additives, certified organic Australia (where possible) florals and herbs, hand selected crystals and a little bit of magic. While our bath range is all made by hand in small batches to ensure quality.
Why has my candle changed colour?
Your Mystic Unicorn crystal candle may experience some discolouration particularly around the edges of the candle. This is due to our candles having no preservatives and is a natural oxidation process with our fragrances. It in no way affects the burn. We recommend using our Mystic Unicorn Candles within 2-3 months of purchase date.
How do I use your Mystic Unicorn Candle?
Each candle has it's own corresponding magical properties. It is up to you how you use your candle - whether it be for spell work, meditation or simply lit as a 'normal' candle. You can use our candles to aid spell work through herbal magical properties, candle colour correspondences or our seasonal limited candles in celebration of a Sabbat.
Many customers choose to leave their crystal in their Mystic Unicorn Candle while in use, to charge the candle and in turn charge their spell/intent. Other customers prefer to immediately take our their crystal to use as a talisman or amulet.
Do you do custom candle orders or special requests?
Yes we do! You can order your own unique custom Mystic Unicorn crystal candle here.
Are your bath crumbles and potions vegan?
Yes! All our Mystic Unicorn are proudly suitable for vegans and have no animal products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy: All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. All of the items listed in Unicorn Manor are photographed and described to the utmost accuracy. Since the representations of items are clear, you know exactly what you are receiving. If you have a concern about your order or are unhappy, please email email@example.com

How can I find out how much your items are?
Our pricing is listed in Australian Dollars by default. Please use our currency converter as a guide to determine pricing in your local currency.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final however if you need to cancel your order please get in contact with us via email email@example.com . If we do cancel your order there will be a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
I gave the wrong shipping address - what should I do?
Please reach out to us immediately via email or any of our social networks. We will update your shipping information and make sure that your order gets to the right place.
Do you ever run giveaways?
Yes! Keep an eye out our Unicorn Manor social channels (IG @unicornmanor, Twitter @theunicornmanor) and our sister website emiunicorn.com (@emiunicorn).
I placed an order. When should my order arrive?
AUSSIE customers: Processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery time for orders within Australia is 1-3 business days, we use a courier service and as such we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you request to deliver to a PO Box, we will send your parcel via AusPost. If you need your parcel by a certain date (ie. as a gift) please leave a comment in the notes. We also do free gift wrapping, just let us know in the notes section of the checkout.
INTERNATIONAL customers: It usually takes 10-15 business days to arrive, however can take up to 30 days depending on where you live and going through customs. If you would like to add insurance to your order please e-mail me before placing your order. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country’s import taxes and duty fees. All orders will be marked “merchandise” on the customs form, no exceptions. Unicorn Manor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or is lost please contact your local post office and customs office.
If you chose shipping without tracking and your order is lost, there is nothing I can do to track down or recover your parcel.
Our shipping costs does not include insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance it will be an additional cost (please contact me to add this on).
I do not refund lost packages. You may use your tracking number to contact your local postal service. Once items have shipped, it is entirely out of my hands. Although, I would like to be notified if something goes wrong.
*You are responsible for providing the correct address and e-mail address upon checkout. If you entered the wrong address please e-mail me at once with the new one. If your item has not yet shipped I can still change it. If your package is already in transit (it has a tracking number) and you wish to change the shipping address you will be required to pay an additional fee in order for me to change it.
